Object
Energy utilities promote a Program of Energy Efficiency annually for the Clients in their concessional area, through a Public Call for Projects, in which LIGHT benefited the Rio Sul Condominium, a commercial center in the South of Rio de Janeiro, with a project within the Rio Sul Shopping Mall, consisting of a total investment of R$ 13.7 MM, part of the resources being from LIGHT’s program (R$ 5.70 MM) and the other share as a compensation by the CONDOMINIUM (R$ 8.00 MM).
Scope
Vitalux designed and was responsible for the implementation of the Project of Energy Efficiency, which covered the following actions:
- Substitution of centrifugal compressors chillers, 01 of 1.600 and another 01 of 600 TR, with 2 new 1.400 TR centrifugal chillers, with variable-frequency drive;
- Implementation of new panels, transformers, and automation.
