INFRAERO promoted the first performance bidding under Law no. 8.666, to implement a Project of Energy, Water and Effluent Saving, a model which was later on replicated by other public clients, consolidating a new landmark in bidding processes.
Scope
Vitalux was hired by Infraero to implement the Project of Energy and Water Saving, which covered the following actions:
Energy:
- Energy management system and adaptation of the energy contract.
- Making Lighting and Air-conditioning systems efficient.
- Solar heating system for showers.
Water:
- Water and effluent management system.
- Leak search and correction.
- Water reuse system for Air conditioner and Irrigation use.
- Low-power sanitary equipment.
