Energy utilities promote a Program of Energy Efficiency (PEE) annually for the Clients in their concessional area, through a Public Call for Projects, in which LIGHT benefited the RJ CITY HALL with a project within São Sebastião Administration Center, consisting of a total investment of R$ 5.8 MM.
Scope
Vitalux was hired by Light to implement the Project of Energy Efficiency, which covered the following actions:
- Installation of a 75 kWp Photovoltaic Plant
- Lighting Retrofit System 22,000 spots
- Air-conditioning Retrofit System – one 1.000 TR chiller and Automation
