What do we collect and for what purpose?

VITALUX-ECOATIVA SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS LTD. is a Controller of the personal data that you (data subject) provide. We collect and process the following types of personal data:

  • Name and surname, email, subject, message in cases where the user sends a message. Otherwise, no personal data is collected.

  • What are the data subject's rights?

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, regarding the data, at any time and upon request: i) confirmation of data processing; ii) access to the data; iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; iv) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or data processed in violation of the LGPD - General Data Protection Law; v) portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and subject to commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulator's regulations; vi) portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the national authority's regulations, subject to commercial and industrial secrets; vii) deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except in the cases provided for in article 16 of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law); viii) information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data; ix) information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of refusal; x) revocation of consent, under the terms of paragraph 5 of article 8 of the LGPD - General Data Protection Law. The data subject has the right to petition regarding their data to the controller before the National Data Protection Authority - ANPD. They can object to processing based on one of the consent waiver hypotheses, in case of non-compliance with the LGPD - General Data Protection Law. The rights provided for will be exercised by express request of the data subject or their legally constituted representative, to the data processing agent. The portability of personal data does not include data that has already been anonymized by the controller. Personal data will be stored in a format that facilitates the exercise of the right of access. When processing is based on the consent of the data subject or on a contract, the data subject may request a full electronic copy of their personal data, subject to commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with ANPD - National Data Protection Authority regulations, in a format that allows its subsequent use, including in other processing operations. The data subject has the right to request the review of decisions made solely based on automated personal data processing.
